Voice-over
Script adaptation and translation.
Our voice-over service pairs your script with a native-speaking voice artist matched for tone, register, and brand fit. We handle adaptation of the script, studio recording, and delivery as broadcast-ready audio.
A translated script often runs longer or shorter than the original. We adapt the script so that timing and meaning hold in the target language before anything is recorded.
Native-speaking voice artists.
Each script is paired with a native-speaking voice artist, matched for tone, register and brand fit.
IVR and telephony prompts.
Phone menus and IVR prompts need short, clear wording that fits the system. We translate and record IVR and telephony prompts as part of the same service.
Corporate, e-learning and broadcast voice-over.
We record and deliver broadcast-ready audio for:
- corporate explainer videos
- e-learning narration
- TV and radio adverts
- documentary voice-over
- audiobook narration
Narration, voice-over and dubbing have different timing requirements. Tell us whether the recording must fit an existing video, follow on-screen actions or match a speaker’s mouth movements; the quote confirms the adaptation and recording work included.
What you receive
Broadcast-ready audio, recorded by a native-speaking voice artist from the adapted script and signed off by a project manager.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you adapt the script as well as translating it?
Yes. Send the source script, target languages and the final or reference video. Tell us about any fixed running time, pronunciation guide or brand style so the adaptation can be scoped before recording.
What do you deliver?
The quote identifies the audio files and any adapted script included. Tell us your required file format, usage and whether you need separate clips, synchronisation or mixing; these requirements must be agreed before recording.
Can you also subtitle the video?
Yes. See subtitling. For recordings without a script, start with transcription. For film and TV projects, see media translation.
Request a voice-over translation quote.
We aim to respond within two business hours, Monday to Friday, South African time. Your written quote confirms the price for the agreed files, requirements and delivery date.
