A certified translation is accompanied by our signed statement of accuracy, on letterhead, with our seal. Accepted by most institutions worldwide that do not specifically demand sworn translation. Cheaper, faster, and almost always sufficient.
Files prepared to the agreed format, with bilingual tables on request. For sworn or certified work, the quotation will specify certification, delivery format and any additional authentication required.

What a certified translation includes
A certified translation comes with our signed statement of accuracy, on letterhead and with our seal. It is intended for institutions that do not specifically require a sworn translation, and it is usually quicker and more affordable than a sworn translation.
Certified or sworn: which do you need?
The receiving institution decides. If its instructions ask for a translation by a sworn translator, you need a sworn translation. If you are unsure, tell us where the document will be submitted and we will confirm before quoting.

Cost and turnaround
Certificates are usually quoted per page and other documents per source word. You receive the price in writing, usually within two business hours on weekdays. Urgent work may be possible depending on the language pair, length and translator availability, so include your deadline when you request a quote.
